Passenger and baggage details
Customers must provide accurate passenger and luggage information. Oversized items, child seats, mobility aids and other needs may affect eligibility or require manual review.
Payment & confirmation
A request, quote or payment initiation is not itself a confirmed booking. The backend must explicitly provide confirmation, payment status and relevant conditions.
Changes & cancellations
The actual cancellation periods, fees, refunds, no-show policies and contact procedure must be approved and displayed before customers pay or confirm.
