Can I book a ride right now?
This website is in preview mode. Live bookings will open after backend integration and operational checks are completed.
How is the fare calculated?
The live ZOLAY system determines fares using approved route, vehicle, airport access and toll rules. The Brisbane Airport access fee is a pass-through cost, without ZOLAY markup.
How do you choose the vehicle?
The booking system checks passenger seats, luggage capacity, special requirements and available vehicle configurations.
Is Comfort available?
Comfort is a planned future service and cannot be booked in the initial launch.
Are rides shared with other bookings?
Cross-booking passenger pooling is disabled for Phase 1. Shuttle category rules must be clearly specified by the booking system.
Can I book for a hotel or a group?
Enter the full passenger and luggage numbers. Availability depends on suitable vehicle inventory at the required time.
What about cancellation or changes?
The applicable cancellation and change rules will be shown with the live booking terms before payment or confirmation.
Can my hotel become a partner?
Yes. Use the partner enquiry page to discuss guest referrals and airport transfers.
